I wouldn’t recommend it. There were two couples in our group, and the only thing anyone liked was breakfast, haha. The room looked like the photos, but the shower pressure was weak, the bed was hard, and the pillows were tall and hard too. They felt like a folded blanket stuffed into a pillowcase. My brother was in another room where the air conditioning wasn’t working. Campo Grande is really hot, so that was uncomfortable. We also had an unpleasant run-in with the parking attendant. The hotel was packed and there weren’t spaces for all the guests. We stopped somewhere we weren’t allowed to park, but we didn’t know that and were going to ask. Before we even got into reception to check whether we could leave the car there, the attendant came over asking if my husband was an Uber driver and saying he’d call the police and Detran if we didn’t move. That’s exactly how arrogant he was, without even a “good evening.” There was a space inside the hotel, but I think they just couldn’t be bothered to go and check. The one good point, apart from that, was the varied breakfast.

The place is quiet, the staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean. There’s a decent sized breakfast area, though the food selection is small and could be better. One thing I found intriguing was the scrambled eggs, served so runny they were almost like egg soup. Maybe that’s typical of the area or just the local cooking style. It didn’t spoil breakfast, and I think you can ask for them cooked how you like. Parking is around the building, with room for small and medium cars behind it and more spaces out front.
