The hotel is nice, but the service lacks professionalism. NEVER get your clothes washed here! The laundry bill could easily buy you new clothes, and I'm not joking. Management should be ashamed.

The rooms are clean, but noisy. Expect ultra-long waits at both reception and the restaurant in this basic hotel. In my view, this is a place to avoid.

I only spent a few hours at the hotel while I was there to take a test for completing my MBA. From what I saw, it seemed like a very nice place, with a swimming pool and a great location in Campo Grande.

The included breakfast is great. It's a good hotel if you're after great service and don't need anything fancy.

The conference rooms worked well for the classes we held there, and the staff were very friendly.
