Bravo City Campo Verde

Great.

I was expecting very little because of the reviews, but the stay turned out better than I thought. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the location near the city entrance made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. We were given two single beds even though we were a couple. I didn’t want to risk switching rooms and ending up with a bad one, so we kept it. The breakfast was good for the hotel’s price, with plenty to choose from: cakes, fruit, and things to make pão de queijo, waffles, crepes, or an omelet. The French bread does run out at a certain time and they don’t bring more, but there are other options. The only other drawback was the tiny TV, which only had four channels. I enjoyed the stay and had no real complaints. For the price, it was worth it. Don’t expect a five-star hotel or a huge breakfast spread, but I’d recommend it and would come back.

The staff were very attentive, but the hotel sits on a busy avenue with trucks passing too. There’s no wall to block the noise, and from 4 a.m. until 11 p.m. it’s impossible to get any rest. The minibar had expired products and others that were already open. Breakfast was very poor.

The cleanliness is what really won me over. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. The location is very good, and the facilities are good too.
