For a longer stay, the place falls short and doesn’t feel worth what you pay, even though it makes a very nice first impression. The location is good, the decor is attractive, and the garden is well cared for. Some balconies have a lovely view of the river and sunset. On the other hand, smoke odors get into the apartments and are bothersome, with lots of smokers in the neighborhood. The gym hasn’t been properly maintained. Outdoor leisure areas are dark or closed at night, the lights are turned off very early, and we couldn’t use the pool for more than a month.

I stayed for 6 months. The building is in a great spot, close to almost everything, including supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and the city center. Management needs to improve, though, and the building needs renovation. The pool is disappointing and needs replacing. It’s dirty and looks like a leaking basin. Aside from that, the location is good.

When I first came to Natal with my wife in 2012, we stayed here. Back then it was a hotel; now it’s a flat and no longer operates as a hotel or sells nightly stays. They only rent rooms with contracts of at least 6 months, so they should remove the hotel name. The neighborhood is upscale but dangerous, the location is poor, and everything is far away.

A beautiful, air-conditioned shop with a great selection of flowers, exotic plants, arrangements, bouquets, and bonsai. The service is exceptional, prices are very affordable, and there are lots of quality products. Well worth a look!
