The grounds and gardens were stunning, with a fire pit at night and a beautiful pool. The hotel looked just like the photos and made for a fantastic week. Everything was spotless, and the friendly, attentive staff gave personal service and were happy to help with anything. Afternoon tea was complimentary, and breakfast had a very good selection, including Mimosas. I even got a room upgrade and a complimentary travel pack for the trip back to Sao Paulo.
10/10
This is a lovely upscale spot to unwind and see the city, with beautiful grounds, attentive staff, and a pretty good restaurant. There’s also a great public park right across the street. The rooms don’t have air-conditioning, which seems a little odd for such a nice place, though it’s seldom needed in this cool mountain setting. I’d come back.
10/10
The attendants are the best. The rooms are amazing, and the food and drinks are great. It’s an excellent hotel, about 8 minutes from downtown at Capivari Center.
8/10
The rooms are great, as are the gardens and the fire pit. There’s a little too much noise between the rooms, though.
10/10
We loved everything about this place. Thanks to the team for the service.
