Casa Três Rios - Campos do Jordão

My husband and I still miss our trip to Casa Três Rios. Choosing it for our stay in Campos do Jordão was the best decision. We went at Christmas, and from our room facing parque Capivari we could see the top of the tree. It felt magical. The room was beautiful, and the staff welcomed us warmly and helped whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious, whether we had the basket or went to the cafeteria. The location is close enough to the center to walk to the park and several restaurants. I recommend it if you want somewhere lovely, cozy, and well located.

It was a great choice, with a spotless room and excellent service. The inn is right by the center of Capivari, yet it stays quiet and peaceful. For breakfast, you can have a basket in your room or use a voucher at a very nearby coffee shop.

I don't think I've stayed anywhere this good in Campos. Silvana, the housekeeper, was so attentive and helpful, and the place itself was clean, cozy, and well organized. It's very close to the center of Capivari, and the price felt fair. This will definitely be where I stay whenever I come to Campos. Everything was wonderful. Congratulations, and I hope it stays that way!

We really liked our room, especially the very soft, comfortable bed, and the house itself is comfortable, clean, and organized. Still, a few things need attention. At night the house feels empty, with nobody there to help, answer questions, or support you in an emergency. Flávia does keep an eye on her phone and replies when guests message, but that isn't quite the same. We were looking forward to using the tub, but it was very old and dirty, so we changed our minds. The wardrobe was also old and smelled bad, so we kept our clothes in our suitcases. Breakfast was disappointing too: the rolls and other bread served on Friday were dry, and so was the cake. We decided to have breakfast at their partner, Manhattan Café, instead. One more thing, the Kit Kat in the room was stale. 😕
