A good spot if you're after an ISOLATED place to relax.

Avoid this place! The staff were completely unprepared, rude, and showed no hospitality. When we arrived, they said there was no reservation under our name. I showed them the booking conversation and proof of the Pix payment, and only then did they find it. But they'd already given our chalet to someone else. Amanda said they don't ask for ID at check-in, so apparently anyone can get in as long as they have the same name as you. They offered us a different suite that didn't match what we'd paid for. We had chosen the more expensive one for its parking spot, view, and cell signal. Amanda insisted all the suites were the same and denied that we'd paid more, even though I knew what I'd paid. When we asked for our money back, she got worked up and raised her voice, saying it was a mistake and we had to understand, but they couldn't refund us. We were told to take the lower-grade chalet, which was actually the one belonging to the guest staying in ours. They didn't seem able to tell that person to move to their proper chalet, even though the mix-up was their fault. Another employee said they were freelancers and could just call their “boss” to sort it out, as if they didn't need to care about our problem because they weren't directly tied to the company. By the time they called someone, more than 30 minutes had passed. It was pouring, the dirt road had already made the trip take longer than usual, and we were exhausted and stunned by what was happening. We had nowhere else to go, so we accepted the inferior chalet. They added two hours to our stay as a sort of “shut up” gesture, but we didn't even get to use them. The chalet was far from where we had to leave the car, so we had to walk through the rain and mud to reach it. There was no cell signal, their Wi-Fi didn't work, and there was no nice view, even though we'd paid extra for the higher chalet to get one. After being put in this situation, we also had to put up with a rude employee acting as though it was our fault. I'll never return. Awful.

The location is one of the best things about this stay. It's close to the city center and convenient for reaching several tourist attractions by car. The chalet itself is beautiful, very functional, well planned, and has excellent facilities. The receptionist at the gate, whose name we forgot, was so kind and attentive, ready to answer our questions and help with requests. For a first visit, I'd suggest arriving before dark. The inn is reached by an unpaved road, and at night the lack of lighting and signs makes the way harder.

Really bad experience. It's far from town, with a terrible dirt road, poor service, and rooms that don't justify the price. There's no internet. The employees looked annoyed and acted like helping us was a favor. It's also on a steep hill where parking is difficult, and I nearly ruined my car's clutch.
