Smart Hotel Reserva Campos do Jordão

We had a really positive stay with my family in early February. The room was comfortable, and being surrounded by nature was so quiet and relaxing. It rained every night, which made falling asleep to the rain even nicer. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was pleasant, and online check-in made it easy to get into our room quickly. I also liked being able to refill our bottles at the water station. There’s a coworking space for anyone who needs to work during a trip, and a jungle spa that I hope to try on a future visit. All in all, we had a great experience.

The coworking area really stood out, with 600mb high-speed Wi-Fi that worked well for getting a few hours of work done while traveling. The setting blends into nature, breakfast is wonderful, and the team is attentive despite all the technology. They’re genuinely pet friendly, too. It’s a modern, sustainable hotel, and digital check-in is very convenient. Alto Capivari is an ideal location, just a few minutes from the town center. My best choice in Campos do Jordão. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and refined, with a spectacular view and birds visiting the balcony. The location is also great, a few minutes from the busy Capivari center and along the route to the main tourist spots. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had at the wonderful spa, and there’s an excellent coworking space as well. I was surprised there’s no reception desk. You go straight to your room when you arrive, and quick help is available through WhatsApp, so there’s no waiting in line before you can rest. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally quiet, with sophisticated architecture, a very comfortable bed, and high-quality linens. Luxury, comfort, sustainability, and automation all feel thoughtfully brought together here. It was an elegant, memorable stay and a chance to reconnect with nature. A high-end retreat I’d definitely return to.

I’ll always remember these days at Reserva Campos with my grandmother. It was such a special experience, and I’d recommend the place and love to come back. The hotel feels peaceful and cozy, with a beautiful view. Digital check-in and room access made everything easy and gave us a lot of independence throughout the stay. Things were simple and well organized, and the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail came through everywhere. Breakfast was delicious, too. I also appreciated the hotel’s real concern for the environment. It’s modern, quiet, and has an energy that helps you slow down.
