We were there for the weekend because our daughter was competing in a tournament. The rooms were dirty, and you shouldn't expect much from them. The front desk guys were very polite and attentive to everything we needed. Breakfast was served at Estoril Hotel because the roof had recently been refurbished. The location is a good choice.

We spent our honeymoon here in 1974. It's still a nice, simple place, and it's well located in Campos do Jordão.

Comfortable and close to everything in town, but very, very expensive.

The employees are very polite, but the hotel and rooms are small and dated. The hotel is being renovated and expanded, so we'll see if it improves when the work is finished.

The hotel is very old but in a great location. Our room's balcony looked abandoned, though. It was extremely dirty, covered in cigarette butts and leftover dog food. It wasn't usable, and that room should have been kept closed.
