It's a very simple place, but clean and well organized. seu Elídio was attentive and always ready to help. I recommend it.

I made a reservation at Casa da Dine ( Campos do Jordão) with cancellation available, then had to cancel because a work commitment came up on one of the dates. Before canceling, I asked on whatapp whether the 20% of the booking I'd paid to the hotel would be refunded, and they said yes. I sent the cancellation and followed up with messages, but they kept putting me off. In the end they were extremely rude, told me to take it up with booking, and didn't return my money. I have screenshots of the whole conversation. I'm upset by how little they cared about their customer.

It wasn't just about the money. We felt disrespected by the rudeness, lack of commitment, and dishonorable way we were treated. After asking for a 20 percent advance on the stay and saying it could be refunded, they treated us very badly when we had to cancel for personal reasons. We spent a whole week asking for our refund. The service had changed by then. We had a terrible experience and will pursue this wherever possible so that there's justice.

We stayed in the simplest room, and it met our expectations.
