8/10
At the price we paid, it’s a good option, and the location is handy for Capivary’s best bars and restaurants. The general service was good, though nowhere near five-star, and the rooms could be cleaner. There were lots of crumbs on the couch in front of our bed and the floor was dirty. Some master suites on the main level have windows facing the parking lot. With no soundproofing, that can be annoying early in the morning or late at night. The worst part for us was the front desk staff. They didn’t act professionally or courteously, and you could often catch one watching YouTube, chatting, and laughing really loudly.

The rooms were really comfortable, and the service was very satisfying. The Savoy is close to the center of Capivari. I loved it and will come back again.
