I loved the place. It was beautiful, clean, and very well cared for, and the service was wonderful. We felt at home and could really feel the affection from the woman who looks after the inn and breakfast. She was so kind and helpful. I'm deeply grateful for her warmth.
Watch out with this accommodation. The photos are misleading, and there's nothing Premium about the place. I had a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend staying here. There was no sign showing where reception was. The bathroom leaked under the toilet, the building felt old, and there was rust everywhere. The wall and pillowcase were dirty. There was no fan or air conditioning. Mosquitoes were all over the breakfast food, including the fruit and bread, and nothing was covered. I had to go out to eat. They charged more than 500 reais for a stay with such poor facilities and comfort. After the property's reply, I want to be clear that I went elsewhere for breakfast because there were dozens of tiny mosquitoes on the food, fruit, and bread. When I waved my hand over the coffee, countless mosquitoes flew up. The reply showed a lack of commitment to quality and disrespect for the customer. I had to put two towels on the bathroom floor because of the leak. Again, anyone reading this should filter for the lowest-rated reviews to see the flood of negative comments. Stay away from this place!
The staff, Daniel and Raquel, are young but incredibly friendly, polite, and responsible. Breakfast and the welcome tea were delicious, with a good variety of breads, biscuits, cakes, fruit, cold cuts, and more. The inn is cozy and pleasant, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, with a lovely view and fresh air. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.
The place was beautiful and cozy, with a wonderful breakfast and an afternoon coffee that really stood out. The hospitality was special too. Dona Cleusa and Raquel were always helpful, and they made us feel completely at home. Everyone was so kind and made each day feel special. I highly recommend this pousada. It felt very family-friendly, and my 8-month-old daughter loved being here. My heartfelt thanks to everyone.
The location was peaceful and quiet, close to the center. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were all so kind. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon.
