The host, Jaqueline, was really nice and treated us very well. The view from the second room they gave us was lovely, but we couldn’t enjoy it because the balcony door was stuck. Several things urgently need attention. The facilities were in poor shape, with work going on and everything looking neglected. In the first room, there was a balcony door that opened onto no finished balcony, so you could fall from the second floor if you didn’t notice. We moved to another room, but it had no ventilation because its balcony door was stuck too. The pillowcases, sheets, and bedspread looked awful and dirty, so we put our own sheet down. Worst of all, a man who lives there, probably related to the hosts, kept standing downstairs and looking toward our room. We had no privacy, and it felt awful with my wife and me in the room. The host needs to talk to him urgently and make him stop, because this could lead to something very bad between him and a guest. We left as quickly as possible so we wouldn’t get into a fight with the guy. I can’t reply on Booking, but I can edit this review here. Hosts, stop lying in your replies and saying we left at 14:00, two hours after checkout. How could we leave at 14:00 if we were home, about 115 km away, at 15:00? And the “guy” who was supposedly doing work was on a plot of land with no view of the rooms? Do you really want me to post the photos here? How did I see him, then? I made eye contact with him several times. When he noticed I was looking, he’d discreetly move away. An empty plot? You even had a clothesline with your underwear on it. I’ll post the photo to prove it.

The inn is simple and cozy, and the room was really comfortable. The hosts were especially lovely and gave us lots of good tips. They warmly welcomed our golden retriever, who always travels with us. The little inn is also in a great location.

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE. The property advertises beautiful rooms, but we were given a room in the middle of construction. Look at the photos: dirty, ugly, and messy. The listing says the deluxe suite has a kitchenette and living room, but it’s just a poorly finished suite in the middle of a construction site. Article 37 of the Consumer Defense Code prohibits misleading or abusive advertising, including false information or omissions that confuse consumers. I arrived and left this dump. I told the owner the property wasn’t fit to host guests, and he attacked me, calling me rude. Apparently, you’re only polite if you accept being deceived. Edit: I sued Booking, and the platform reached a settlement. It paid me the booking amount and damages for emotional distress. If I were “crazy” or “rude,” would I have won in court? I hope this place closes or at least loses its accreditation, because the way it operates is completely out of touch with reality.

Clean, organized, and simple, just what I was looking for. There’s renovation work going on, but it didn’t affect anything. The room had a spacious bathroom, and the staff were very attentive.

Jaque and her husband were so lovely and helpful. They picked us up at the bus station for free, showed us the main places around town, and gave us rides when we needed them for about what an Uber would cost. They were both in good spirits during the rides, too. We came as a couple for the weekend. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the linens were spotless, and there was a heater for the cold night. One small suggestion for the bathroom: separate the shower area so the whole floor doesn’t get wet. It’s a nice place to stay, five minutes from the centre, with a pleasant room and a pretty view. We recommend it and will come back. The renovation and construction mentioned in other reviews didn’t bother us at all. We’d read the reviews beforehand and knew about it, and there was no impact in our room. Congratulations, keep going this way. Big things take time to build!
