The whole stay felt disorganized, with little transparency or care for guests. I’d told the guesthouse in advance, both when booking and in direct messages, that we’d arrive at 2 a.m. Still, nobody prepared for our arrival or warned us about an extra charge or that a room might not be available. That made for an unpleasant surprise when we got there, and a trip planned well ahead turned stressful and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room had a strong musty smell, which was especially concerning for anyone with health restrictions. Getting there was also difficult: the dirt road is in terrible shape, and after rain there’s a real risk of getting stuck, even in the parking area. Parking itself is small and poorly laid out, with too few spaces. At times we had to park in front of another car and leave our keys at reception, which was very uncomfortable.

This was the worst New Year’s Eve stay I’ve had so far. The hospitality was awful, there was no reception, and the accommodation wasn’t as advertised on booking. We were given wrong information and left stuck inside the hotel without any help. It’s far from the center, food delivery apps aren’t available, and ride-share drivers won’t accept trips there. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The advertising was completely misleading. I’d booked five days and couldn’t cancel. booking was no help with that either. If you can, choose somewhere else to stay.

The place has decent facilities, but at the price they charge per night, it just isn’t worth it. Some rooms smell moldy, and the curtains let in a lot of light. The road in is awful. It’s unpaved and difficult to drive on when it rains. They charge guests a service fee, yet there’s no service to speak of. We kept the same towel for three days, and nobody offered to change it. Spiders and other bugs also got into the room. I’d give it a 4 out of 10.

We were treated very well, and they handled our requests efficiently. It was a great stay, and I’d recommend the place without hesitation.
