Pousada Château dos Fontes

I waited until the last day to write this because it seemed almost too perfect to be true. Every staff member was friendly, and the hotel was so comfortable and cozy I barely wanted to leave. Breakfast had lots of variety, with different choices each day, and everything tasted great. There’s a tennis court and a pool table, plus clean bathrooms with hot showers. The location is good, and it’s ideal if you want peace and a connection with nature. I was enchanted by the place. It’s a shame I live so far away, because I’d definitely stay again.

It feels like you’re outside the city, thanks to the lovely setting and all the trees, even though you’re still in town. Pousada Château dos Fontes is a bit farther from Vila do Capivari, but the grounds are attractive and the facilities are very good, with European-style architecture. There’s plenty of parking, the room was cozy, and breakfast was great. The staff were kind as well. My stay was a very positive experience.

It’s a peaceful place, and the service was good. The road in includes some dirt stretches and hills, but it’s gravelled, and even in the rain I had no trouble getting there. Breakfast was reasonable. Capivari, the main area for sightseeing in Campos do Jordão, isn’t far away.

A lovely inn in a quiet spot, with very helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, the rooms were good, and the bed was really comfortable. My husband and I will definitely stay at the Pousada again.
