It felt magical. The welcome was warm and attentive, and the chalet was beautiful, clean, and smelled lovely. The view took my breath away. I recommend it, and I'm already leaving wishing I could come back.

The water issue made our one-night stay stressful, which was disappointing, though the view and setup helped make up for it. We turned on the jacuzzi around 5 p.m. and ran out of water half an hour later. It took a long time to get support and figure out what was wrong. For about five or six hours we couldn't shower or wash dishes. The water returned very late, then ran out again, and only became steady the next day. Apart from that, I really liked the experience. The owner was polite, attentive, and tried to help whenever we needed something. The location is good and easy to reach, even though the road is dirt. Uber worked well, and iFood delivered without trouble, though there aren't many options, which is normal for the area. The apartment is compact, cozy, well organized, and everything in it feels good quality. The view is beautiful and adds a lot to the stay. Breakfast was very good too. We were told someone would knock and leave it in a box outside, but the delivery person knocked hard several times and kept calling out. It startled us. He waited to hand it over, probably to explain things, but a note about returning the box clean and by a certain time would have been better.

The breakfast is a real highlight, with plenty of variety and everything fresh and delicious. The view is lovely too, the kind that makes you slow down, and the private chalet feels romantic, luxurious, and close to nature. There’s care and good taste in all the details, and the place feels both cozy and sophisticated. The administrators are attentive and care about guests having a good stay. I’ve been here three times already, which says a lot, and I’m sure I’ll be back. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.
