Pousada canto dos pássaros

We were disappointed and won’t be back. There was hardly any privacy, the rooms had practically no doors, and the bathroom had no shower enclosure. There were no fans in the rooms, the TV didn’t work, and air conditioning was available in only one room. The pillows were very thin. Overall, it was a really poor stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was wonderful. We were welcomed warmly, and the directions took us right to the pousada, which was great. We had a lovely stay and will come back.

We stayed in room number 4 as a couple. It had a double bed, a single bed, a minibar, a bathroom, and air conditioning. The suite was very clean and fresh smelling, and the bedding was spotless. Renata treated us kindly and gave us tips on waterfalls to visit. Paulo was also attentive and helpful when we arranged the booking. The pousada is 2.5 km from central Piri, in what looks like a new neighborhood with some empty lots. Breakfast was simple but tasty. I recommend it and would return.

We visited during Carnival in 2019, and the pousada was spotless, well organized, and everything looked new. The owners were incredibly kind and polite, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. They suggested wonderful waterfalls and some great restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and generous, the pool was clean and clear with a heater, and the bedding smelled lovely. It takes about nine minutes to get to the center, and the pousada is on the route to most of the region’s famous waterfalls. A really special, welcoming place. We’re hoping to come back soon!
