The location is excellent, very close to the center of Capivari, and breakfast had a great range of options. It could use another person to clear tables and handle occasional requests that need to go to the kitchen. Our room had no air conditioning, though I understood that not all rooms are like that. Check on this before booking, especially outside winter, because it could get quite uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled bad, like a sewer odor coming back up. Staff were generally attentive, but they didn’t help bring our bags to the car at checkout, and there’s a convenience fee. We asked them to fill our water bottles, but they probably used an unfiltered tap. My partner wouldn’t drink it because it tasted bad. I did, and I came down with a virus.

They went out of their way for us on our last morning, when we had to leave at 6 a.m. and they arranged an early breakfast. That made us feel special. Thank you, Pinot! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite throughout our stay, always offering to help carry things or get the car. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and cozy, and they set up a crib beautifully for our baby. The common area was just as inviting, with lovely decor and a great view. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and made with good ingredients. We loved the experience.

Everything was lovely, and we’ll be back soon. The hotel is new, quiet, clean, well located, and beautifully decorated, with a friendly, helpful team. Beatriz at reception was especially attentive from start to finish, and Gustavo was so warm at breakfast.

The owner, Sandro, was very attentive and helpful, and the whole team was extremely polite. The place was spotless, breakfast was great, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. I recommend it to everyone.

The room I shared with my wife had no air conditioning or fan, so we got a little hot. That was the only thing I’d improve. Otherwise, the hotel surprised me in a good way: modern, new accommodations, a very clean property with good facilities, attentive staff, and a delicious breakfast made with fresh, tasty products.
