The room was dirty when we arrived: stained bedding, a bad smell in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and mold on the walls. The photos on the inn’s website and social media didn’t match what we found. From the start, the service felt unprepared and disrespectful. The breakfast was supposedly included and available until a set time, but it was incomplete and seemed to raise hygiene concerns. The building also had serious problems: no heating in a notoriously cold city, too much noise at night, and a very poor internet connection, which is essential these days. I tried to sort out some of this directly with management, but was ignored and at times treated with disdain. I’m asking for a formal apology and a proportional refund for the extremely unsatisfactory service. I’m also considering filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities, such as Procon, and on public review platforms so others don’t have the same embarrassing experience. We booked one night for three people for R$3400, an outrageous price for what was offered. When we arrived, we were told one of the “beds” would just be a mattress on the floor, for a 74-year-old person! That showed a complete lack of respect and consideration. We decided not to stay, but the inn refused to refund our money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially people traveling with older adults. A total lack of humanity and professionalism.

What misleading advertising for this hotel. It’s unsanitary, with dirty sheets and towels that smell bad, and a moldy odor. There’s no water in the minibar, no bath amenities, and no heater in the room. The dining room is abandoned, and they don’t serve breakfast or lunch.
