The rooms were clean, well looked after, and everything worked properly. Breakfast was great, and the location is handy, right beside the balsa and close to downtown shops and restaurants. Gabrielly was a wonderful host, kind, quick to help, and always available. For the price, it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend it.

I have mobility problems, so my first question was whether there was a ground-floor room. They said yes, and I asked to reserve one. When we got there, though, there was a steep flight of stairs. I complained, but was told the ground-floor room was no longer available by the time I booked. I managed to go up and down, but I won’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with similar mobility limits. Even if I’d had the ground-floor room, breakfast is upstairs. I found it dishonest that they didn’t tell me. I would have looked elsewhere.

Gabriela’s service was wonderful, and the location is excellent. The room was clean, the shower and bed were good, and breakfast was very good too. Nothing to complain about. I’ll be back.

The room was lovely, cozy, and very clean, and the location was really good, so it was worth it. The only issue was breakfast: several items weren’t covered, and there were some flies around. We didn’t feel comfortable eating the cold cuts or hot food.
