A great Mercado with a broad range of teas and a good selection of everyday essentials.

This place has a very poor service setup. The condominium’s logistics are extremely inadequate and rigid, and can cause direct losses to customers and people treated as customers, as well as investors. I wouldn’t recommend investing here or relying on any customer support, especially the front desk, building maintenance, administration, and most of all the department managed by Mr. Andrei Ramalho. Depending on these services could cost you time and money if you’re unlucky enough to need them.

Our apartment was quite small, though cozy enough for no more than two people. The balcony was spacious and had a nice view. The shower was simply wonderful. The building also has a front desk and facial recognition, so there’s no need to keep pressing the intercom. I don’t know if all the apartments are the same.
