The spacious room had plenty of space for our travel crib, and breakfast was great. The high chairs were safe and easy to use, and restaurant staff were respectful and professional. Two women at the front desk the next day were kind and helpful, making funny faces for our baby and helping me call a beauty salon to book an appointment. But our late-night arrival started badly. We were exhausted, and the front desk employee, I think his name was Allan, seemed unwelcoming and annoyed we were there. No one helped with our luggage either. The room freezer was too small for the frozen baby food I'd brought from home. The pool was extremely cold with no way to warm it, so we couldn't use it. We also couldn't visit my husband's brother on level five because the hotel wouldn't change our key card settings, even after we explained that we were on level six. The daytime staff and comfortable room were good, but the night service, lack of luggage help, and room access policy left us frustrated. More attention to guest comfort would help.

The location is handy, right across from the metro and a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a decent selection of fruit and breads, and the pool was nice for a non-resort hotel, long enough for laps and refreshing since it isn't heated. The gym equipment was very nice, though getting towels took two trips to reception, and the gym towels still hadn't arrived after 20 minutes on the elliptical. The room was a good size, but housekeeping had missed a lot. The floor was sticky, the sheet was ripped, and there were no toiletries. The shampoo-conditioner dispenser was empty and there was no soap. The coffee maker came without coffee, cups, or glasses, and there was no tissue. We called for coffee, cups, glasses, and tissue, waited more than 30 minutes, then left for dinner. The gym looked nice. We'll try the restaurant breakfast tomorrow.

The reception staff were rude, and the pillow covers were broken and dirty, with makeup stains. Not a good experience overall.

Marcela made check-in easy. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed one night after a delay at Guarulhos airport, and Latam sent us to the hotel with a voucher for dinner there. At checkout, the woman at reception was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and refusing to recognize the voucher, so she demanded that we pay ourselves. The amount was relatively modest; the problem was how she treated us.
