Ho1 Apartamento 1 Dormitório Moderno Lindo E Completo Na Vila Mariana

I loved the studio I stayed in, even with the constant noise from the construction across the street. The building has two separate entrances, and the setup is strange. On one side, the elevator only goes to the third floor. There’s a gym and a tiny laundry room, but the elevator also opens onto the staff room where they eat lunch, clock in, and chat. There isn’t even a little sofa or space to sit for a minute while waiting for an Uber. The other side has an elevator to the top floor, plus a pool and a mini-market, but you can’t go from one side to the other. Maybe it’s because the apartments have different prices, but that kind of separation doesn’t feel right. I didn’t like the check-in process either. There’s no facial recognition, so you have to identify yourself every single time, including at night, which doesn’t feel safe anywhere in SP. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be back.

The pumps in the building make a loud, constant noise that bothers all the neighbors. The construction company didn’t provide proper soundproofing.

I had a great stay in the comfortable studio. The building is in a convenient spot, close to Ana Rosa subway station.

A quiet, secure condo in the Vila Mariana area.
