They were very understanding when my payment was temporarily delayed. The only snag was English, but Google Translate helped us get by.

The room was fairly cozy, but practically nothing worked. The woman at the desk was really rude. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi, but the bath salts barely made any bubbles, and there wasn’t even breakfast included. They also charged an improper fee. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
4/10
The room I got for the night was awful. The air conditioning barely worked, so I was sweltering, and the whirlpool wasn’t working properly either. There was electrical tape on a wall outlet, and the window was a clear living-room-style one, which was horrible for a room I’d booked overnight. Breakfast cost 35 reais and was very underwhelming. The parking area was so narrow that a driver could scrape the car against the walls, and the garage door was missing. A really terrible room.
