The location was quiet and easy to find, with little shops nearby, and Ademir was so friendly and ready to help. We loved the experience and appreciated all the care. The chalet was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and had everything for a short or long stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the taps had heating, and the linens and towels were clean and smelled lovely. The bedding was especially cozy in the chilly weather. It was perfect!

We were very well looked after, and the place felt cozy and peaceful. Dona Rosa and Seu Ade are wonderful. They share tips on places to visit and eat, and are always ready to help with anything. The cabins are lovely, well cared for, and smell fresh; the towels and blankets are kept in good condition and seem new. At the far end there's a nicely decorated spot with plants where you can sit and have mate. Each cabin has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room sofa bed, and a bathroom with a very hot shower. There's also a kitchen with a microwave, stove, and fridge, so you can cook if you like. I definitely recommend it.

Mr. Ademir clearly cares about the place and his guests. He was kind, attentive, and friendly. The chalet is close to central Canela and worked perfectly for our few days in Canela / Gramado. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, with comfortable space for four people. Everything was great, and I have no complaints.

The hosts were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout. They welcomed us quickly, left a little note and a few surprises, and were always available to help. The chalet was even prettier and cozier in person than it looked in the photos.
