Nice place!...

Getting in touch with them is awful. They don't respond, even when the cancellation calculations are wrong. They hand over the key without checking the apartment first, and the place is uneven, with water coming into the bedroom. We complained, but nothing was fixed. The furniture is ready for installation, yet nobody will approve it. The experience has been terrible. Keep your eyes open: there are various complaints in the Diário Oficial for different reasons, including delays in delivery. Don't get caught in this trap.
