Hotel Golden Hills

The only downside was the garage. It has just five spaces and is usually full, so I left the car on the street for all four days. Thankfully, it felt very safe. We had an excellent honeymoon here. The room had a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe with hangers, a minibar, a TV, clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Breakfast was great too, with natural juices, milk, yogurt, breads, cakes, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, sweets, and plenty of other options.

We stayed at the hotel over the Carnival holiday and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and quiet, with wonderful service and a great breakfast. There are very few parking spaces, so you need to reserve one ahead of time. If you have to park on the street, the area feels quite safe. Highly recommended.

We liked the facilities enough to come back for a second stay, but the girl at reception when we arrived was extremely unfriendly. She clearly didn’t want to be there, wasn’t wearing a uniform, and seemed completely unwilling to help. The next day, a very friendly, well-dressed, lovely young man was working instead. I’d suggest making the service more consistent.

The bed was huge and wonderful, and everything was clean and smelled fresh. I really liked the great service, tasty breakfast ☕️😋, and the shower was very good too. I recommend it!
