Pousada Bello Outono

There was a lot of light and noise in the room I was given, and almost no privacy since its window opened onto the hallway. The curtains were so thin that light came straight in. The bed was a single, with an old, dirty, hard mattress, and there wasn't a TV. I also doubt the blankets are washed between guests. Staff had told me there was internet, but after several failed attempts to connect, they admitted it often doesn't work. The room looked like a cheap motel, and between the noise and brightness I couldn't see myself sleeping there. Without internet I couldn't work, so I left after 15 minutes. The staff member was rude and unapologetic when telling me I'd still be charged. The location was the one positive for me. The rest was a problem: cleanliness, a run-down look, smelly blankets, almost no curtains or privacy, no working internet or TV, unfriendly staff, and riff-raff hanging around. I'd go somewhere else.
