The place was dirty and the rooms smelled moldy. The water went out on December 31, and they showed no willingness to help fix the problem. The included breakfast was really bad too. A horrible experience. I don’t recommend it and never want to return.

I’d booked and paid for a room for two nights a month ahead, but when my family and I arrived, it wasn’t ready. We waited in the car for two hours before they found us another room. The bed was broken, the toilet cistern didn’t work, the shower box was badly broken, and there wasn’t even a TV. I had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep with my wife and son. The people in charge said they’d refund one night because of all the trouble, but now they don’t answer WhatsApp or calls. It’s disrespectful to treat customers this way, especially after we booked a month in advance.

The location is good, but the place itself is awful. When we arrived, they hadn’t made a reservation for my mother and her husband, so they had to put them in another hotel. The owner was rude and nasty even though the mistake was his. There’s no parking lot. They stack the cars together, so you have to move one to let someone else in or out. The listing promised things that weren’t there. The property was dirty and run down, the shower didn’t work at night, and the water ran out with nobody fixing it. It says there’s a TV and housekeeping, but our room had no TV, and they didn’t provide housekeeping even when we asked. We came back to find the room just as it was, and the breakfast was very basic. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. It’s not worth the hassle or the rude treatment.
