The staff were the highlight, especially the reception team. Everyone welcomed us so warmly and made us feel cared for, with such friendly and attentive service. The hotel itself is beautiful, well looked after, and peaceful and comfortable in all the little details. We loved the premium accommodation, with its private pool, heated jacuzzi, and stunning lake view. It felt like a real retreat for relaxing and enjoying special time together. Breakfast deserves a special mention too: varied, delicious, and one of the best we've had, all prepared with care and quality. The hotel has excellent facilities, pleasant spaces, a pool, and immaculate gardens that made the stay feel even more special. An unforgettable experience. We left wanting to return and would recommend it without hesitation. Congratulations to the whole team on their great work!

The inn's setting was spectacular, pleasant, and quiet when we visited, and the location was excellent. The staff were attentive and polite, our room was clean when we arrived, and having a private balcony pool was a great extra. Breakfast was very good, and afternoon coffee was nice too, though a savory option would have rounded it out. There were a few things that could be improved: when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only took out the trash, without changing the towels or making the bed. The balcony pool could have been cleaned more carefully, and it overflowed easily after rain. Still, our stay was more positive than negative, and it was a good visit overall. A few adjustments could make it even better.
