The grounds are lovely, and the room was spacious and really comfortable. The hotel areas were pleasant too, and I loved my stay at Hotel Chalé Capitólio. Staff responded quickly to requests and questions both in person and online, though they were pretty quiet and didn't interact much with guests. One issue was that little bugs got in through the bathroom window even when it was closed, but I guess that's hard to avoid at a farm hotel, haha. The TV also had only a few channels, which I noticed when relaxing in the room at night. Apart from that, everything was great. ❤️

The inn does the job and has the potential to be much better. The pool is very nice, the shared hot tub and facilities are good, breakfast is good, and the Wi-Fi works well. TV channels are basic. I wish they had a games area with things like pool, foosball, or board games. Check-in was another downside. It was set for 2 p.m., already later than the noon check-in common at many places. We arrived at 11, and our room was ready, but were told early access would cost 200 reais. They didn't even offer a discounted rate, which felt like too much when the room was available. I travel all over Brazil, and this kind of inflexibility is rare.

One weekend wasn't enough to enjoy all the spaces the hotel has to offer. We had a wonderful stay, celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the decoration was lovely. The place was very clean and pretty, including the hotel grounds, and the view was beautiful. I really liked our time there.

We traveled as a family and found the hotel very cozy, with plenty of green space. Our room was large, clean, and tidy, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the staff were polite and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.
