Unfortunately, I had a terrible stay at this pousada. I’d booked full board for February 19-22, 2026, and paid the full amount by Pix. The room promised for two adults and a child only had space for a double bed, so three of us couldn’t sleep there. The AC was broken and didn’t cool, the floor was still sandy, and the bathroom had no towels or even toilet paper. I asked to cancel and was willing to pay a fee because there was no way I could stay there with my family. On WhatsApp, they promised a full refund the next day, February 20. But it’s now February 24 and not a cent has been returned, and they’ve stopped answering WhatsApp. I believe this is misappropriation, and I’ll have to spend time filing a police report and go back there with the police to try to get my money back. I think that’s the only way. Total disrespect and a broken promise.

The beach view was my favorite part, and the location is great. The place has a good setup, though the salty sea air means it could use some repairs. I loved it, would recommend it, and would come back.

Pousada bellevie is just a couple of steps from the sea, with a lovely view. It’s the best spot in Caponga for anyone who really wants some peace and quiet.

The suite was cozy, comfortable, and practical, and it’s a great place to catch the sunrise. There’s a huge pool with a wonderful view, plus a beautiful beach. Loved it! 🥰🥰🏖️🏖️🏖️

We were welcomed so warmly, and the family feel of the place was lovely. It’s right across from the beach, and breakfast came with plenty to choose from: cake, bread, juice, coffee, milk, and fruit. Thanks for everything!
