The room is extremely small, and there isn't even a mirror in the bathroom. Decolar shouldn't include a place of this standard in its travel packages.

Dona Mirian was a wonderful person and looked after us so well. All the staff were very polite and attentive to guests. She was such a cheerful person. I'd gladly recommend the place.

The location is good and the service is good, but the facilities need a lot of improvement. The rooms are small and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are tiny with no mirrors. There's no elevator, so it's not suitable for people with disabilities, and wheelchair users can't access the rooms.

The staff treated me wonderfully, and I have so much to thank them for. Dona Márcia was especially lovely to talk with over breakfast, and I was happy during those mornings. The team also gave me great tips for sightseeing. I loved Parque do Utinga, the spectacular late afternoon at Estação das Docas, and Ilha do Cumbú, among other places. The hotel is near Belém's historic center. On Sundays there's a craft and food fair in a square about 50 meters away. I also visited Teatro da Paz, which is beautiful. I was enchanted by all these lovely experiences. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️❤️
