Leviv Praia Hotel

Dinner was simple but really tasty, and breakfast was very good. We were welcomed nicely, and our room was super comfortable, with a lovely sea view, a great bathroom, air conditioning, and a minibar. If we get the chance, we'll come back.

The beach right across from the hotel has no stretch of sand, but there are some great beaches just a few minutes away by car. The shopping mall is a 10-minute drive. We loved the city and the hotel. Our standard room was clean and airy, with a beautiful view, air conditioning, and a minibar. It also had a nice, roomy bathroom and a small balcony where we could enjoy the sea view. Breakfast is served at the hotel, simple but tasty. There’s a pool, game room, playroom, elevator, and uncovered parking. Iara welcomed us for our weekend stay. She was polite, very helpful, and took care of our requests, which made the stay really pleasant.

The staff could be more considerate and welcoming. They seemed low on empathy, and more courtesy, attention, and care would make a difference. Breakfast was disappointing too, with too few choices. It could use things like pão de queijo, whole wheat bread, donuts, cookies, and more kinds of cake. The juice was awful, almost like water. The hotel's Instagram photos don't match what you find in the rooms. There were no towels until we asked, and they gave us one roll of toilet paper for the whole family to get through three days. There's no room service to clean the room or change the sheets. The bathroom windows face the corridor, so when someone uses the toilet for number two, the smell in the hallway is awful. This hotel has a lot to improve.

It’s a little way from downtown, so it’s quieter, though you can hear some traffic from the avenue. Mostly, it’s peaceful, with birds singing in the trees near the windows. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable, and the view of the beach from the room was wonderful. I liked the “pé na areia” category. Breakfast was good, and there’s a games area, a small playroom, and a pool out back where you can relax.
