Wonderful place, with lovely beaches. A great spot to take the family for an outing.

It’s okay for a short holiday, but not somewhere I’d want to live. People do whatever they want, making noise at all hours and parking badly in the spaces. It gets worse during the holiday season. Visitors bring several cars and take up the parking spaces, often at the request of residents themselves. Unbelievable. Young people make a huge mess in the apartments, especially. The people in charge need to get things organized, because this is turning into a free-for-all. A terrible experience!

It’s a peaceful, family-friendly place, with apartments that are great and not overly noisy. The building is monitored around the clock and has elevators and excellent upkeep. Martin de Sá beach is very close, as are a square, downtown, supermarkets, a bakery, and a liquor store. Highly recommend it!
