The location was excellent, and Sr. José Carlos was very attentive and organized. The place is simple, but it served me really well during the few days I stayed. Thank you, Sr. José Carlos. God bless you 🙌🤗

The place has been fully renovated, including new furniture, and looks really nice with a clean, simple style. For the location and what's offered, it's very affordable. Praia Martin de Sá is so close you can walk there in five minutes.

The water in the house eventually ran out, which capped off a really bad stay. The first place was poorly equipped, and the second one smelled like fish. Its toilet was broken, the bathroom walls were filthy with years of body grease, and there was a greasy film in the pool too. The owner was disrespectful and ignored our complaints. We were told we could use the garage near our house, but then another customer was put there and we were rudely told to move. My car had to stay outside for half the night so the neighbor could use the barbecue with family. The house is close to the beach, about two minutes away, but it wasn't even close to the best beach in Caraguatatuba. I don't recommend it.

It was a quiet place during the day, and the smaller unit I stayed in was a decent size, though it felt more like a studio than an apartment since it had no living room. The kitchen had the basics: stove, fridge, microwave, blender, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. There were no cleaning products for dishes, soap or toilet paper, so I had to buy what I needed. They also don't provide sheets, pillowcases, blankets or towels, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. I had to manage without them. The bedroom had a double bed, a small sofa, fan, cable TV, air conditioning, extra single mattresses and pillows, plus a very small closet. The bathroom was fine. There's a medium-sized pool, barbecue area, Wi-Fi and parking, but I didn't use the pool or parking, so can't comment on those. Martins de Sá beach is about a five-minute walk, Lagoinha beach about ten minutes, and there's a small local market five to ten minutes away, along with a bakery near Martins de Sá. The neighbor made quite a bit of noise. That's not the property's fault, and it was generally quiet in the daytime, but on Saturday night the neighbor played music until very late.
