The views are wonderful, the breakfast is amazing, and parking is free. But the hotel feels run down and hasn't been maintained, even though it seems like it was once a great place. The pool equipment and hammock area are in terrible condition. Our TV didn't work, and there was soap but no shampoo.

It’s a short walk to the city center, and the location is good. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. Really nice pousada!

The rooms are very clean and generously sized, and the view is lovely. It's a very good hotel overall, though a few areas show it's not in mint condition.

They need to do better about keeping bugs out of the rooms and dealing with smells. There should also be a concierge or porter to carry bags from reception to the rooms over the uneven cobbled pavement.

The view of Ouro Preto is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was great, there's parking on site, and you can walk into town and to restaurants.
