Pousada Bella Viena

I've been to Gramado four times, and this was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I can't think of anything negative to say. It's close to the center, and breakfast has lots of options, including healthy ones. It was the first hotel where I'd seen nata at breakfast, which I thought was fantastic. There's also a kitchen area by reception where guests can use the stove or microwave, or make tea. I made some boldo tea myself, haha. The staff were extremely polite, especially Rafael and Kassia, or possibly Karla, I can't remember now. The room was tidied every day, the shower was very good, and the bed and pillows were excellent. The air conditioning worked perfectly and made no noise. The hallway smelled lovely every day, and the hotel has an elevator. The soundproofing was great too. There was a baby and a child in the next room, and I barely heard a thing. There's a large supermarket right next door with a restaurant upstairs. During March and Easter, an Uber to the center cost around 5/6 reais. I'd stay here again without a doubt, as a couple or with my whole family.

The location was great and well worth the stay. Rooms were cleaned every day, breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were polite and really attentive. Hope to come back next year!

The breakfast was varied, tasty, and served in generous portions. The staff also gave us excellent restaurant suggestions that added to our time in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and treated with real care. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well organized, and the whole place showed how much attention the team gives to the details. The front desk stood out in particular. When I mentioned I had a tour before the usual breakfast time, they promptly arranged breakfast earlier for me. The receptionist was also exceptional, taking care of parking my car in and out of the garage without me having to ask. It's the sort of place that makes you want to return. When I'm back in Gramado, I'll stay here again for sure.

We've been to Gramado many times, and this was definitely the best inn we've stayed at. The staff were wonderfully attentive, and the room smelled fresh. The towels were clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower was great. Everything was clean and cozy, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, quality options. As I told the receptionist, we'll be coming back to Gramado every month, and Bella Viena will always be our choice of place to stay. ❤️
