The beach club and its pool are only a two-minute walk away, and the beach is incredibly quiet and beautiful. The house was spotless, and Gil, the maid, cooked the best authentic Brazilian food. The hosts were kind, organized, and excellent communicators. It felt like paradise. I’d happily come back any day!

Sleeping with the sound of the sea was so calming, and waking up to it made the stay feel special. Praia do Espelho is one of the most beautiful beaches around. The bungalow was excellent, and the service was very good. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens and towels. The bathrooms were great, and the gated community felt peaceful and secure.

For a quiet holiday, this was the best place I’ve visited. I’d suggest going in April or May, when there aren’t tourists. The bungalow is in Outeiro das Brisas, Trancoso, BA, near praia dos espelhos. It’s a gated community, so the beaches are exclusive.
