The garden is carefully looked after, the shared spaces are organized, and the staff are kind. Mr. Palash deserves a special mention. He manages the inn with unusual care, was available before I arrived to answer questions and help me, then welcomed me so warmly in town. He showed me around Carrancas, shared useful tips, and his kindness and generosity meant a lot to me. I came to Carrancas hoping for some comfort and peace after losing my brother. I found the Pousada on Google, and it turned out to be even more enchanting than the photos or description suggested. The chalet was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot, and the whirlpool bath came with salts that helped me relax. The kitchen had useful utensils and supplies, the bedding was spotless, and the cleaning was excellent. They even had a plug-in repellent, something I haven’t seen at other places. The chalet had everything I might need. The whole place feels magical, and everything was organized and worked just right for comfort and well-being. I’m staying with my little dog, who was welcomed with lots of affection too. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely return.

A great choice, you can go without worrying. The chalet with the hot tub is worth it too.

We had some wonderful, relaxing days here, and I’d gladly come back on a future vacation. The chalet was clean, well equipped, and peaceful. Palash, Roberta and Marcos gave us the warmest welcome. Its location made it easy to visit a few waterfalls and the cave on the property, with help from the Golden Retriever. Highly recommend. 😍🙏

That elderly German Shepherd they have is amazing, she loves swimming! The owners deserve top marks. The city feels lovely and welcoming, and the pousada is wonderful too, with care put into everything. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely return.
