The staff are warm and look after guests like family. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby, with chances to pick up gifts or visit pleasant spots. The downtown location is a nice surprise, and it's cheaper than other places at the same level. Our room had two beds, one single and one double, along with a sofa, fan, and air conditioning.

The central spot beside a busy avenue means traffic noise can get in the way of resting. The daily rate also seems high compared with other hotels, given what's offered. In the room for four, one area has air conditioning, while the other only has a fan. The beds aren't box beds, and there's a TV, minibar, and bathroom.

The staff were awful, the room was awful, and parking was awful. The older woman at reception really needs to learn some manners. Not sure if she also serves breakfast, if that even counts as breakfast. I've never seen a hotel serve juice in a packet. I think the car would've been a better place to sleep. DON'T COME!

The hotel is great for its location, reception, how they treat guests, and cleanliness. Breakfast could use some work, both in the quality of the items and the variety.

It's a basic hotel in a good location, but the price is high for this category. The booking service could be better.
