I spent five days there in a wheelchair, and they were the worst five days of my life. The staff were very rude, and the place wasn't accessible. There are lots of nice new rooms, but they didn't make a wide doorway to address wheelchair access, yet they had no hesitation about taking my money. For that price, look for another hotel. This feels like a problem across Brazil too, where wheelchair users aren't respected. They don't seem to value your life, though they do love your money.
