The shower was fantastic, and breakfast was really good. Breno at reception was outstanding, helping us with everything and quickly moving us to another room when the air conditioner smell became unbearable. The balcony door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the bed was very narrow with a very flat pillow.

The staff were warm and really friendly, and the rooms looked new, were clean, and had soft beds. The air conditioning was good, the shower was okay, and breakfast was good too. The rates were excellent for the value. It's in a handy spot right by BR 050 for trips toward Brasília or São Paulo, though it's a bit far from downtown, so keep that in mind if you're passing through.

Breakfast and the receptionists' service were the only good parts. The room was dirty, with leftover drink behind the door, the air conditioner was blowing dirt out, and the door wouldn't lock from the outside. The shower didn't work, and there was no minibar because it was being repaired. Ugh.

The food was great, and the room's air conditioning was nice. I really liked how the receptionist explained everything clearly and helpfully. I can't remember her name, but she had straight black hair and looked a bit like a gypsy. I'd come back.
