Golden Hotel

Great.

Awesome.

We were exhausted after working all night and just wanted showers and clean beds. Instead, we ended up leaving because of how rudely we were treated. I hope the manager addresses this, because the team seemed unprepared and disrespectful. We aren't paying to be treated like mangy dogs. We arrived as a group with a reservation made through a third-party company. The receptionist seemed completely lost and made us wait a long time to discuss payment, even though the receipt was already in the hotel's WhatsApp. The keys weren't at reception, so she came upstairs with us and assigned rooms that hadn't been cleaned. One toilet still had traces of waste, and another room had a used lubricant along with bodily fluids and other evidence on the bed. We complained, and the housekeepers came to see. They asked if we wanted to change rooms. We said we'd check with the third-party company about possibly changing hotels, but first we wanted different rooms. The housekeepers then talked among themselves, saying they weren't clowns who had to rush around cleaning bathrooms, and later told us we were "welcome" to leave for another hotel. Recordings of both rooms are attached.

The staff were awful, and the rooms weren't even basically clean. When we asked for the place to be cleaned, employees complained and used foul language. The bathrooms were dirty, and the beds weren't fit to use.
