The balcony is a lovely place to sit, with the ocean in view and sound. There are hammocks, a full kitchen, and BBQ equipment, plus a nice pool area with grass around it. The pool’s a little small for swimming. The property is well maintained and secured by guards and cameras. It’s about a 10-minute walk to “downtown” Cumbuco for shopping and fun. The beach there has fine sand that’s great for watersports. Just a good place for a vacation, and I’ll be back every year for the Molokabra event.

Christophe and Gian are so friendly, and it’s great having them as contacts because they help with everything. We loved staying here. The rooms are amazing, the apartment is very clean, and the view is great. The beach is right in front, which makes it perfect for kiters, and we slept like babies. I honestly recommend the place to everybody!

I’ve stayed in different apartments in cumbuco, but this is the one I’d come back to. They’re very nice, fully equipped, and fit up to six people. The price is fair for what you get.

You can see the sea from both terraces, and it’s only a few steps away. The flat is clean and very well equipped, and the hosts are great. Highly recommended!
