The place feels clean and welcoming, and the staff are really nice and responsive. The hostel is conveniently near the center, directly across from a shopping mall with a supermarket and restaurants.

I live in Caxias do Sul and brought my family here to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Thank you so much, everyone. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in an individual room and everything was fine. The place is right across from a shopping mall with a supermarket, which was a big help. Access for people with disabilities could be better, but otherwise all was well.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and getting to the place was easy, though it doesn’t have accessibility features. All the spaces were well cleaned. There’s a fast road nearby, so some noise is normal. I really recommend it.
