We both loved this hotel. My Brazilian partner and I, I’m English, stayed at the Personal for five days before heading to the beach. When we came back to Caxias, we’d booked somewhere else, but after just one night we returned to the Personal for another five. I liked everything, from the location and staff to the food and rooms, which have a small kitchen. We’ve booked to come back this December, and we’re both looking forward to it. It’ll be another fantastic holiday. For the quality and standard, the price is very good too. My only complaint is that I didn’t use the gym enough and put on weight, ha ha!

Since the hotel is close to where I work, I’ve been able to try its room service, restaurant, and food, all of which are very nice. The room is cozy and stays warm, which makes a real difference on these cold days.

The city is lovely, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, and both the stay and location were nice.
