Tri Hotel Centro Chapecó

The breakfast was good and varied, and the breakfast team was very attentive. The rest of my stay was the worst experience of my life. I was in town for work, and the problems started at check-in and continued throughout my stay with the same staff. I travel for work every week and stay in all kinds of hotels, but I’ve never had service like this. If you arrive in the middle of the night, expect a completely unprepared, irresponsible, and extremely rude team. The rooms are extremely small, the beds are uncomfortable, and the electric shower had exposed wiring. The toiletries were very poor quality, and there’s no soundproofing. You hear every little noise from the hall and neighboring rooms, including every word being said. I’d recommend keeping a written record of every interaction, even minor ones, by WhatsApp or email. Don’t rely on phone calls.

The bed was comfortable, and the location, breakfast, and service were good. But the room was extremely small, the bathroom smelled of sewage, and everything felt very old. The ceilings in both the room and bathroom were extremely dirty.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The room was simple, clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a very good bathroom. Extraordinary.

I couldn’t get anything to work on the TV during my last stay. None of the remote controls responded, and although cable TV is supposedly available, guests can’t access it. I couldn’t get regular broadcast TV either. The front desk staff also gave me conflicting information. I’ve stayed at the other TRI HOTEL in Chapecó, where the service is excellent. They could make the TV setup here simpler.
