We booked this hotel because it was the only one in town with a pool, but there are better, cheaper places around. The furniture is dated, and breakfast was awful, with dried-out store-bought cakes and soggy fruit that was clearly 2 or 3 days old. The bearded receptionist who works from 2/3pm until late should be fired. When I asked him a question, he leaned back in his chair, checked his phone, and made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Daniel (the manager, I think) was helpful when we had an internet issue.

Breakfast had plenty of options and was good, and the WiFi was free and fast, for Brazilian standards. The room itself was clean, with a good mattress and a nice shower with hot water and a strong stream. But the fridge didn't work, so all our drinks were warm. Staff said it would be fixed promptly, but nothing changed during my two-night stay.

The breakfast was nice, with plenty of variety. The hotel is well located, and the staff, accommodation, and services were all very good.

The breakfast was okay, and the staff were good, though they don't speak English. The location is very good, while the rooms are basic.

It's a beautiful hotel with a good setup and great staff. The prices are a little high.
