The only good thing was the location, right across from the square in the town center. There was a strong smell like closed-up rooms, and the bedding was very old. The ceiling fan wasn't working even though it was hot. They could clean with scented products and air the rooms out more. The price doesn't match the rooms, and the photos of both the rooms and breakfast are out of date. There's a lot that needs improving.

The photos online gave me the wrong idea of what the hotel is actually like, and since it's the only hotel in town I expected better care for guests. My stay was very disappointing. Getting around inside is difficult. The stairs are steep and badly designed, with no proper accessibility, and the corridors by the rooms are dark at night. I had to use my phone flashlight to find the lock. You also have to cross an uncovered area to reach your room, so you get wet when it rains. The room had an old, uncomfortable spring mattress. There was no heating, and the broken windows didn't seal properly. The sheets came loose from the mattress overnight. The blankets and sheets smelled musty, as if they hadn't been properly cleaned. The shower was tiny and barely got warm, a serious problem in a cold city. The bathroom window was a flimsy metal cover with no glass, and the door had no handle and wouldn't stay shut. The towels smelled bad and were very small. Breakfast had little variety and wasn't very good. The bread seemed to be from the day before, and the juice was extremely sweet, like watered-down artificial juice. At night, some equipment would switch on and make a lot of noise with no warning. Service was disappointing too. In a small town, I'd expected the staff to be more courteous and better prepared, but that wasn't my experience.

Awful, avoid it if you can. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, and the bed linen is worn out and torn. The shared bathroom was dirty, and even the toilet paper hadn't been replenished. It feels like a construction site dorm.

Good value for the price, and breakfast is simple but still satisfying, even if it gets repetitive. The main drawback is the sound insulation: you hear everything in the rooms, and everyone can hear what you do. Special mention to Diva, the housekeeper, who is extremely pleasant and polite.

It's in a great spot in town, close to a market, gula, a bakery, and even a stationery shop if you need to pick something up for work. It's also a family-run business, which makes it excellent!!!
